Shanghai Nutech Fastener Co., Ltd, established in 2005, is a Taiwan invested company which produces and trades fastener products.  Shanghai Chite Fastener Co., Ltd was founded in 2001, focusing on China domestic market with its brand name “雙魚牌 ”.   Now Shanghai Chite is widely recognized as a professional fastener trading company that provides high quality products in China.

In 2007, Shanghai Chite merged with Shanghai Nutech Fastener Co., Ltd to provide  more efficient and completed service.   This merging combines the professional service experience from Shanghai Chite and updated production from Nutech Fastener, which strengthens their marketing competitiveness and thus reaches a double win for both Snanghai Chite and Nutech Fastener.
