The factory is in 80,000 square meters and is fully equipped with advanced production facilities, professional knowledge in development, production, management as well as QC inspection. All production processes are completed in-house, including wire-drawing, screw manufacturing, heat treatment, plating and packing. The product size range is from M2.2 to M10 with length of 5mm to 400mm with production capacity of 30,000 tons per year.
After China joined WTO, the market competition is getting server. To advanced itself, Pol Shin acquired ISO 9002 in July 2004. With strict quality control and systematic management, Pol Shin gains high regards from customers.
